My Lost Love

Love is just a word, I once read

But the feeling itself is undescribable

Something close to, if not magical

And at the touch of love, everyone becomes a poet.

Love, that feeling that does things to you

Makes you want to dance when there's no music

Makes you feel like flying without wings

Makes you feel like the next William Shakespear.

I knew I was in love when I saw you

I laid my eyes on you and everything changed

My cheeks turned a shade of pink

My tummy bubbling with nervous butterflies.

You spoke words to me without speaking

Inspiring desires in within me

My hands itched to lay hands on you

And show you some TLC.

My lips wanted to plant kisses on you

My feet ached to move closer

My eyes blinked, still unbelieving

Wondering if you were too good to be true.

My body an emotional kaleidoscope

Feeling like a wild caged tigeress

But a cool, calm, collected lady

For that prized possession has another possessor.

Sadly I watched as I passed you by

Helpless, motionless I wished I had kleptomia

Steal u without a moment's heistation

And gladly make you all mine.

But this would not be the case

All I can do is admit I'm in love

In lust as well, with all those tingling desires

With a hot of pair of f- me shoes.

Dedicated to all the women out there who have once, or twice, or at numerous times fallen in love with a pair of shoes.
